Revolusun, very good company.
Kamana was very informative, helpful , understanding and patient. He and Jeremias were awesome in coordinating the installation of our PV system and for accommodating our concerns. The Revolusun installation Team was very clean and neat, very respectful. The Office staff was great in scheduling our project in a timely manner. Would recommend Revolusun to our family and friends. Letting them know to ask for Kamana.

Revolusun has an incredibly POOR service response. Wehave a trouble-ticket with Revolusun that was initiated more than a month ago. It took them 3 weeks to come out and assess the problem. Two weeks later, we have no idea when they actually plan to fix the problems. We spent thousands and thousands of dollars for our solar panels with Revolusun, and they seem unable to provide decent service when there are problems with the panels.

Prior to 2025, I was extremely happy with RevoluSun. I have installed 4 systems in properties through them. Currently, they are understaffed and with a few exceptions, they communicate extremely poorly.
Normal wait times for repairs are advertised as 3 weeks, but if they need to reschedule you for weather or “we don’t have the right tool” you are removed from the que and just have to wait until another scheduler puts you into another que. And all the time, nobody provides updates or even answers emails requesting updates.
What happened to you RevoluSun? I remember when you cared. Or maybe you just seemed to care as I was actively giving you more and more business.

I guess I'm not sure what happened with this company over the years, but my most recent experience with them has been less than satisfactory, to say the least. About 6 years ago, I had Revolusun install 18 panels and 2 batteries and everything was great. There was excellent communication, they handled all of the paperwork for the city and our association and everything was installed and working in a timely manner. Fast forward to my most recent experience and it seems like a completely different company that doesn't care much about customer service or support and just wants to slap some panels on a roof, expect quick payment and no followup after the fact. I recently added 10 more panels, since times changed from the last 6 years and I had purchased an electric vehicle that needs charging and bought a power hungry hot tub. Initially, everything went great, just like before, but then it came to installation time. The crew that came to install the panels were all fairly new hires, which a few of them stated, but there's nothing wrong with that. There should've been someone with experience overseeing everything though. They ended up wiring the new panels to the existing system backwards, thus making them useless and not providing power for over a month after install. And yes, I'm fully aware of how to use my app. It may have been commissioned 12 days later, but the wiring wasn't checked. I called multiple times, stating that something was wrong and I wasn't getting any power from the new panels. The only answer I ever got was that it looked good on their end and the panels were indeed producing power. To make matters worse, I emailed on 9-9-25 stating that the two batteries I had weren't working. They were recalled and remotely shut down for safety. Now I had no power storage and 10 worthless panels on my roof. The battery situation went on for 4 months, resulting in large electric bills that finally totaled over $700 while being out of commission. Now I was calling about when my batteries are going to get replaced and when someone will come out and fix the 10 new panels that aren't working. Every time I called it was like groundhogs day and they didn't know anything about the panels not working and didn't have a time frame for when the Tesla contractor would contact one of us. I finally had had enough at that point and wanted the contact info for the battery contractor, which they gave me. I called the contractor and guess what, I had new batteries in about 4 days. Now, I was still calling about twice a week about my panels not working and each time they assumed it was still about the batteries, every time telling them that the batteries had already been replaced! I was finally told that the next available appointment was about a month and a half out....my response....COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I had panels installed that hadn't worked since day one of installation and payment in full was expected a few days after install. It definitely felt like they thought the job was done, they got their money and it was off to the next project. Now I was being told I'll have to wait over a month to hopefully get some resolution. As you can guess, that went over like a lead balloon and someone ended up coming out to look at the issue a few days later. The conclusion....indeed the panels were wired backwards and not producing any power! Everything is finally fixed and running good, but I'm looking at getting an expander pack for my batteries now. When I emailed about that, guess what I was told...I can't put the expander pack on the old batteries! So, once again...I don't have the old batteries!!! I'll definitely be shopping around and looking elsewhere. There are many local solar companies out there to choose from and I would encourage others to check multiple companies out before making a definite decision. Revolusun is a good company, but they need to get back on the right track. There is definitely a huge lack in communication, customer service and support that needs to be addressed first and foremost.

RevoluSun’s solar panel cleaning, maintenance, and inspection was quickly scheduled, on-time, friendly, professional, and efficient. The crew as knowledgeable and skilled. Mahalo!
