Raymond Prosek Jr is awful. This team sold my home undermarket value; would never answer a question directly, pressured us into taking low ball offers, never staged the house like they said they would and I had to fire Eric becaue Ray kept letting him bully him into submitting counter offers I explicitly and repeatedly said weren't acceptable.
On top of that the team could barely spell my wife's (very common) name correctly and couldn't remember basic facts about the house the were selling thw whole time.
It was a much better team when I bought my house through this company in 2020; what an absolute disappointment.
They just want to sell as quickly a possible for the commission, theres no dedication to quality or their customers.

Beyond happy with choosing Ray P. and his team. They got me an amazing deal on my home and were very attentive to my family's needs. I can not express how excited I am to move into my new home. They made the transition so easy and his team is great. I went through 2 other realtors before meeting Ray and he was by far the BEST on the island. I will never use anyone else as he treated me like family and made buying a home easier than I could ever ask for and buying a home in Hawaii is no easy task in this crazy market right now. He got us everything we wanted and got a great deal!!!

Ray and team are amazing to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Ray and his team, and it was the best part of my day. Ray goes out of his way to answer questions and share his extensive knowledge. He makes sure his clients are well informed and up to date on the process of buying and selling. His team works extra hard to make sure the client is taken care of. Ray will also go the extra mile with other real estate agents to make sure the deal goes through and everyone is happy. Ray is the only person to buy and sell real estate with in Hawaii.

We bought our home with Ray, highly recommended. The service Ray provided is excellent and the process time is fast. We were able to close our home in less than two months. Ray and his team explained every step to us and keep the entire purchase experience transparent and easy to understand. He and his team even follow up with us after the closing to ensure everything went well. It is hard for someone that are not originally from Hawaii to find the perfect home to purchase, but Ray and his team made it possible.

Sasha was proactive in the sale of my father's home. Communication is the key and she answered all our questions and gave her expert advice when asked. She is reliable, hardworking and trustworthy. She handled our rental for 3 years until it was time to sell and we got a great price for the market! She's a super realtor in my book!
